I am a jewelry artist based in Northern California. I create unique lasting pieces with sterling and fine silvers, semi-precious gemstones and freshwater pearls. My clients know that I am passionate about using only the highest quality products, and that I am always available for custom pieces. Using a torch, hammer and pliers, I fashion wire and stones into wearable necklaces, earrings, bracelets and rings. Because everything at Sherri Gallagher Designs is designed and hand-made by me, no two pieces are exactly alike. My methods may take a bit longer, but producing a longer-lasting, more superior piece of jewelry is worth it to me. My primary techniques include forging, wire wrapping and tying with silk.

 

Living in a small, agriculture-centered town, I tend to surround myself with nature, which has become a huge inspiration for my work. In my travels I have collected different stones and pearls, letting the shapes and colors inspire me to make each piece a little different from the rest.

One of the best parts of my job is helping my clients express their personality through my art. This is the thing that keeps me coming back to my studio every day. I strive to design jewelry that is both durable and helps its wearer make a statement about his or her personal style, all while being able to express my own creativity.
